Yes! All bikes (apart from ex-display bikes) are available for both home delivery and click and collect in-store.

For all bikes delivered to your home, please allow 5-9 working days for your bike to arrive. This is to allow adequate time for a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and subsequent safety checks carried out by a skilled bike technician prior to shipment. When you receive your bike, you will need to adjust the handlebars and seat-post height. Instructions on how to do this are provided with the bike. If the bikes comes with pedals, these will already be fitted to the bike for you. Kids bikes will come with 2 hex keys and a spanner, however, for all other bikes, you will require either a 4mm, 5mm or 6mm hex key to adjust your bike. For Di2 and E-bikes, the battery will need to be charged prior to use.

For all Click and Collect orders, your bike will undergo a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and subsequent safety check by a skilled bike technician in-store. Once this is completed, your chosen store will contact you informing you that your bike is ready for collection. Payment is made to the store directly. Please note, some stores may request a deposit prior to building your bike if they do not have the bike model in stock at the time of ordering and will contact you to discuss this.

One Year Warranty: All bikes have a limited warranty and components are covered for one year from date of purchase - all to the original purchaser. Any part or frame failure that you would like to have inspected, as a warranty case should be first dealt with by the participating bike store where you originally purchased the bike from. If there is a case, then the aforementioned will be sent to us for further inspection and outcome. Please remember to provide your proof of purchase.
